Delhi elections 2015: BJP man in Okhla joins AAP to expose party
Dheer Singh Bidhuri, who had unsuccessfully contested the last assembly elections from Okhla on a BJP ticket, joined AAP on Thursday.

Dheer told TOI, "I want to be with a party which is against corruption. By nominating Brahm Singh Bidhuri, BJP has proved that it is just like Congress. He has several cases against him. I had contested against him in the last elections. Now, the party expects me to campaign for him. This is not possible. I will not campaign for a corrupt man."
He now plans to campaign in Okhla against BJP. "Though I'm not contesting, I'll expose BJP. I'll campaign against it for giving tickets to corrupt people. I have told Kejriwal I would go wherever he wants me to campaign," said Dheer.
Despite repeated efforts, Brahm couldn't be contacted. But BJP members said
Dheer himself had joined BJP just days before the 2013 elections. "He had come from Congress and got a ticket. Brahm enjoys the support of the Dalits, which would help us strengthen our base in Okhla," said Virendra Sachdeva, chief of its Mayur Vihar unit.
However, the decision has led to infighting in BJP. Dheer, along with four mandal in-charges, had resigned from all posts. hours after the announcement.
While senior members managed to get the mandal chiefs back, they couldn't convince Dheer. The infighting prompted BJP chief Amit Shah to hold a meeting of booth-level workers of East Delhi parliamentary seat on Thursday.
