AAP leader Ashutosh claimed that cops were under pressure to lodge fictitious cases against party leaders and volunteers.
In a series of tweets, Ashutosh claimed that BJP was trying to pressurize the Delhi police to do so.
Ashutosh said that the AAP leaders will try to meet Election Commission today to "apprise" it about the situation and "request to accordingly instruct police".
Reacting to the charges, BJP leader GVL Narsimha Rao said that it was tactic of the AAP to remain in news even when the poll campaigning has ended. He said that the the party was also questioning the conduct of the Delhi Police by placing such allegations.
