Abhay Verma, Laxmi Nagar MLA, has been appointed as chief spokesperson of the government, it said.
Verma is also the chief whip of the BJP in the Assembly and the chief spokesperson of the state party unit.
The other two legislators are RK Puram MLA Anil Sharma and Moti Nagar MLA Harish Khurana.
Khurana is the son of former state chief minister Madanlal Khurana and a well-known face of the party on news channels.
"They will ensure timely and effective dissemination of official information regarding the government's policies, decisions, and public welfare initiatives to the citizens and media," the chief minister said in the statement.
The appointments have come into effect immediately, the CMO said.
Gupta stated that the government has taken this crucial decision to strengthen its commitment to transparent, accountable, and citizen-centric governance.
Through this mechanism, official and factual information concerning the government's policy decisions, development works, and public welfare schemes will be conveyed to citizens and the media in a time-bound manner, the CMO added.
They will be responsible for conveying the government's perspective to the public, based on authorised information received from various departments, it said.
