Deepak Sandhu to be PM's next Media Advisor

Ms Deepak Sandhu, the principal director general of Press Information Bureau (PIB), is all set to be appointed as the new media advisor of the Prime Minister.

A source in Prime Minister' Office (PMO) confirmed ET about the shortlisting of Ms Sandhu for the post and a formal order is expected by this evening.

The post was vacant for almost four months after media advisor, Dr Sanjay Baru left the PMO to join academic world in Singapore.
