GUWAHATI: Indian oil Corporation Limited's (IOCL) Digboi refinery will probe incident of damage of product pipeline in Digboi.
Refinery blamed pilferage for the damage of the product pipeline linking refinery with Tinsukia, outlawed militant outfit, anti talk ULFA faction claimed responsibility for the damage.
Anti-talk faction of the ULFA in a statement to media houses claimed responsibility for the blast. Paresh Baruah-led faction's publicity wing member Aranya Asom said magnetic programmable time device was used to blow up the oil pipeline. Police however refuted ULFA's claim. (Ends)
