Covid-19: Karnataka to collect samples of journalists
The directions followed a request from Education Minister S Suresh Kumar who told the CM that the media personnel were also vulnerable because of the nature of their job, and hence, the government could have their samples too tested.

Kumar, who is also the State’s Covid-19 spokesperson, told reporters later that the Information department has already taken steps, and is drawing up a schedule for rolling it out.
