Court to hear plea against Uttar Pradesh minister Gyatri Prasad Prajapati's son on November 27

The petitioner, Yadunath Singh, alleged that his daughter was abducted by Anurag Prajapati, son of Gyatrai Prasad Prajapati on September 27.

SULTANPUR (UTTAR PRADESH): A local court has fixed November 27 as the next date of hearing of a petition seeking registration of an FIR against Uttar Pradesh minister Gyatri Prasad Prajapati's son for allegedly abducting a girl.

Judicial magistrate Mausmi Madhesia today fixed November 27 as the next date of hearing of the matter.

The petitioner, Yadunath Singh, alleged that his daughter was abducted by Anurag Prajapati, son of UP Mining and Minerals Minister Gyatrai Prasad Prajapati on September 27, when she had gone for shopping in Amethi market.

The girl has been missing since then, the petitioner said and alleged that the local police was not lodging an FIR in this connection against the minister's son.

The minister refused to comment on the matter. "I have nothing to say," he said when reporters asked him about the issue.
