NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a plea seeking direction to make the court judgement available in Hindi and regional languages, saying the court language is English.

"We cannot pass such direction as the court language is English," a bench of Chief Justice T S Thakur, Justice A K Sikri and Justice R Banumathi said.

The plea was for amending the provisions of the Constitution to make Hindi the official language in the Supreme Court.
