Coronavirus in Maharashtra: With over 4,700 new cases in last 24 hrs, Pune facing another COVID wave

Pune is under another COVID-19 wave as the city reported 4724 fresh cases in the last 24 hours. Amid resurgence of COVID-19 cases, many residents were seen flouting Covid-19 norms and masks rules at various public places of Pune, Maharashtra. A day after Nagpur administration announced a strict lockdown from March 15 to March 21, Pune administration also tightened restrictions to curb public movement and crowding.
