Congress worries grow over Telangana
NEW DELHI: The faultlines within the Congress have become sharper over the party's Telangana decision with newer demands coming from all quarters in Andhra Pradesh. While Seemandhra ministers have now made it a question of "neutral governance" of Hyderabad city, MPs from Rayalaseema have demanded trifurcation and a new state of Greater Rayalaseema.

Seven central ministers from Seemandhra - M M Pallam Raju, Chiranjeevi, J D Seelam, K S Rao, D Purandewari, Panbaka Lakshmi and K Kruparani - on Tuesday converted the statehood issue into a question of law and order. The seven central ministers met Congress president Sonia Gandhi and P Chidambaram and put forth their demand for a "neutral governance" structure for Hyderabad city. The ministers said that they would want assurance of law and order and safety of business interests in Hyderabad through a neutral governance structure with law and order being in the Centre's hand.
