Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi to address rally in UP on March 22

LUCKNOW: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will begin the next phase of election campaign in Uttar Pradesh with a rally in Pratapgarh on March 22.

"Rahul Gandhi would address an election rally in Pratapgarh on March 22," UPCC president Nirmal Khatri told reporters after a meeting of party's leaders.

Discussions have been held to ensure that star campaigners are used properly and that they reach out to all the constituencies, Khatri said.

The UPCC president said special emphasis was laid on better coordination between the party organisation, candidates, and star campaginers besides seeing to it that the observers of every constituency reached their respective areas and coordinated among all.
