Congress VC Rahul Gandhi to visit Amethi on two-day tour

AMETHI: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will arrive on a two-day visit to Amethi, his parliamentary constituency, to meet party workers on December 3.

Congress MP will visit Tiloi, Salon, Jagdispur and Guriganj areas on the first day of his visit and meet party workers to discuss organisational issues, Gandhi's representative Chandra Kant Dubey said here today.

After taking a night halt at the Sanjay Gandhi hospital guest house in Munshiganj, Gandhi would meet the people of his constituency the next day, Dubey said.

He would leave for Delhi later in the day after taking part in a programme to mark completion of 10 years of Sanjay Gandhi eye hospital as chief guest, Dueby added.
