Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to attend the camp on June 21, party leaders said.
State Congress in-charge Sachin Pilot, AICC secretaries-in-charge S Sampath, Jarita Laitphlang and Vijay Jangid have reached Raipur for the event. AICC trainer Sachin Rao and his team have also arrived, they added.
All district presidents from across the state will participate in the programme, the party leaders said.
Gandhi will arrive in Raipur at 2.15 pm on June 21 and proceed directly to the training venue in Abhanpur. He is scheduled to return to Delhi later in the evening, they said.
The training programme includes field visits, 'shramdaan' (voluntary community service) activities and an overnight stay in a village as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots engagement and organisational skills.
Subject experts will also interact with participants and deliver sessions on a range of contemporary issues during the camp, party leaders said.
