Congress has suspended three former Jammu and Kashmir ministers including former national general secretary Gulchain Singh Charak for anti-party activities, indiscipline and groupism.

JAMMU: Congress has suspended three former Jammu and Kashmir ministers including former national general secretary Gulchain Singh Charak for anti-party activities, indiscipline and groupism.

"AICC disciplinary committee has suspended three former ministers of Jammu and Kashmir from the primary membership for anti-party activities, indiscipline and groupism", Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress (JKPCC) Spokesman told PTI tonight.

Those suspended are Charak, former Social welfare Minister, Abdul Gani Vakil and former Minister Prem Sagar Aziz.

This decision was taken was AICC Panel headed by Former Union Minister and Senior Congress leader, A K Antony and two other members Ghulam Nazi Azad and Moti Lal Vohra.

Speaking to PTI, State Congress President, Gulam Ahmed Mir said it is the right decision taken by the Party High Command at the right time.
