Congress protests against corrupt Gujarat ministers

NEW DELHI: Congress workers took out a protest to BJP President Rajnath Singh's residence here today demanding action against the corrupt ministers in Gujarat government.

Demanding removal of Gujarat ministers Babu Bokhiria and Purushottam Solanki, Congress activists shouted slogans saying BJP Prime Ministerial Candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's cabinet was corrupt.

Despite being found guilty in mining scam and fisheries scam, Bokhiria and Solanki have been retained as Ministers of Water and Labour departments respectively in Gujarat.

Expressing surprise, Congress leaders said that while Modi talks of eradicating corruption from the country, corrupt ministers are part of his Ministerial team in Gujarat and pointed out that if he became the Prime Minister, he would put the entire country under corruption.
