Congress not sure if Telangana-Bill will be passed in current Lok Sabha session
Party spokesman Abhishek Singhvi insisted Congress has "bitten the bullet" on the formation of Telangana by introducing the bill in the Lok Sabha today.

Party spokesman Abhishek Singhvi insisted Congress has "bitten the bullet" on the formation of Telangana by introducing the bill in the Lok Sabha today.
He suggested while the ruling party has kept the promise on the bill, the opposition only "appears" to be in agreement but was doing "precious little".
Singhvi said passage of the bill in the current session, the last of the 15th Lok Sabha, is "a million dollar question".
When told that over half a dozen parties, inlcuding BJP, were questioning the introduction of the bill itself, he said there are some who run with the hare and hunt with the hound.
"We have seen enough examples of such (nature)", he said.
He said as regards the issue of introduction of a bill, there cannot be a debate and it is a matter of record made by the Speaker, which is more or less final and "there is no question of challenging it".
