Congress has become followers of Badruddin Ajmal: Tejasvi Surya

Bengaluru South MP and Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) President Tejasvi Surya said that Congress has become followers of Badruddin Ajmal. Ajmal All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF)and Congress represents Mughals.

Surya while speaking in a programme of BJYM in Dibrugarh on Sunday said, “Congress is now a follower of Ajmal and both Congress and Ajmal represents Mughals and can never protect Assam’s culture. Like Lachit Borphukan we need to defeat Mughals.”

Lachit is known for his legendary leadership in the 1671 Battle of Saraighat where Mughals were defeated.


He added, “BJP led government in Assam has initiated 360-degree development of Assam in the last five. This assembly election is crucial not only for Assam but also for Northeast India.”

Surya said that Congress does not have clear policy or leadership.
