Congress a 'viral' party: Venkaiah Naidu

DEHRADUN: Taking a jibe at the Congress, Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today described it as a "viral" party.

Naidu made the provocative remark at a press conference here when his reaction was sought on a Congress message claiming that US President Donald Trump was opposed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit going viral.

"The opposition perhaps happened in your dreams. President Trump was seen according a warm welcome to PM Modi," he said.

When told that the message had gone viral on social media, he said, "Congress is a viral party".
