Cong-BJP should form govt at the centre, says RSS ideologue
A senior RSS ideologue has said Congress and BJP should form a government at the centre with mutual co-operation.
Vaidya in his weekly column in a local marathi daily 'Tarun Bharat' today reiterated his stance and felt the need for a combination at the centre.
Vaidya had floated the concept few days back in the same column and drew both appreciation and criticism.
He wrote today that his views on Congress-BJP coming together to share power in Delhi was endorsed recently by senior NCP leader and former Lok Sabha speaker P A Sangama.
Indeed Sangama went one step ahead asking to form a coalition government of both parties.
Vaidya recalled his remarks in the wake of such an experiment followed in Germany where two major political parties have formed the government.
Besides, Congress and BJP only both communists parties (CPI and CPM) have the same national perspective and vision while the other remaining political parties be it Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) have confined themselves to regionalism.
Talking about, DMK, AIADMK, Vaidya said they have no presence beyond Tamil Nadu and same is the fate of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) which was limited to Andhra Pradesh border.
