Concerned Income Tax officer asked to be present in court on March 25
The court adjourned the matter to tomorrow for further recording of evidence of the defence witnesses and their cross examination.

Over a month ago, Special Court judge M S Balakrishna had directed the IT department of Tamil Nadu to produce certain documents which have not been furnished till date, taking note of which the court gave the direction.
Evidence of eight defence witnesses was recorded today and two other defence witnesses were cross examined.
