Combination of pink and white: Tensions between Eknath Shinde-Ajit Pawar?

They might be allies, but tensions are visible between Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and his deputy Ajit Pawar.

When asked, during an off-the-record conversation, about pink coats being worn by Pawar to woo women voters, Shinde apparently claimed that his white clothes can triumph all other colours and assimilate with all the colours.

When asked about Shinde’s comments, Pawar played it safe by saying that he too was wearing white and agreed with what the CM said.
