CM's chair is not a permanent one: Union Minister
KOVILPATTI: Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan today wondered if the E K Palaniswami government in Tamil Nadu will continue, saying the Chief Minister's chair is not a "permanent one".

"The chair occupied by the CM is not permanent one, it is a rented chair. I wonder if the regime will continue," he told reporters here.

He, however, said the Centre would fully cooperate with the state government.

On the trust vote, he condemned the behaviour of the DMK and AIADMK in the state assembly.

"The two parties made the entire state bow its head in shame by their actions in the assembly during the trust vote," he said.

Radhakrishnan said that it was the wish and prerogative of the MLAs to seek secret ballot.
