Lawyer Ratna Singh confirmed the development in a post on X, saying that the Executive Magistrate had ordered the release of all three leaders.
CJP National Spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said, "We will hold a press conference at 2 PM."
The three had been detained by Delhi Police on Saturday amid protests organised by the CJP over alleged irregularities in electoral rolls.
Dipke, Ranka and Das were scheduled to be produced before an Executive Magistrate at Delhi Cantonment Police Station at 9 am on Sunday, after a Delhi Police official informed the organisation's legal head about the proceedings earlier in the morning.
Their release came a day after the CJP raised concerns over their whereabouts, alleging that authorities had not disclosed their location or provided information to their families and legal representatives following their detention.
According to the organisation, the three leaders were detained by Delhi Police inside an aircraft after arriving in New Delhi from Mumbai on Saturday morning.
The CJP had subsequently demanded their immediate release, disclosure of their whereabouts and access to legal representation, claiming that no information had been provided even 12 hours after they were detained.
The detentions took place against the backdrop of the CJP's protests over alleged electoral roll irregularities, with the organisation demanding accountability from the Election Commission.
