Congress Chintan Shivir: Will Udaipur meet revive the fortunes of Gandhis and the grand old party?
The Congress leadership on Thursday said the party's Chintan Shivir in Udaipur from Friday will come out with an action plan that will not only usher in new vigour and set a new way forward for the main opposition party but will also provide the nation a new direction and resolve to move beyond the BJP rule.

"The Congress will introspect, contemplate and reflect upon the way forward and new milestones to be traversed at the Chintan Shivir session," party spokesman Randeep Surjewala said.

Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot told the media in Udaipur that the situation in the country in the last seven years has undergone an unprecedented crisis "with unbelievable assault on democracy and the Constitution". "The Congress, which has a glorious history and the legacy of Gandhi-Nehru-Azad-Patel-Ambedkar, can provide the nation hope and resolve."
