A Ladakh-based social organisation today claimed China is increasing strength along India-China border by setting up posts near LoC in Ladakh's Demchok area.

JAMMU: A Ladakh-based social organisation today claimed China is increasing strength along India-China border by setting up posts near LoC in Ladakh's Demchok area.

"China is increasing strength at borders with India by setting up a number of posts near LoC in Demchok and establishing connectivity within its own border area," Ladakh Phanday Tsogspa (LPT) convenor Anil Kumar told reporters here.

LPT is an organisation which advocates cause of Ladakhi people.

Kumar alleged the Indian government has failed to establish proper connectivity within its own territorial region, Ladakh with Nemo-Padum-Darcha road connecting Zanskar valley, "which is of great significant from defence point of view".
