The party has already declared 17 candidates in its first list. After Monday’s announcement, candidates for 18 seats still remain to be named.

Umesh Patel, son of then state party unit chief Nand Kumar Patel, Devti Karma, wife of Mahendra Karma and Alka Mudaliyar, wife of former MLA Uday Mudaliyar, have been given tickets for the assembly polls.
Umesh Patel, whose brother Dinesh was also killed in the ambush, will fight from Kharsia seat. Devti Karma will contest the Dantewada reserve seat.
