Chandrababu Naidu to table no-confidence motion against AP government
N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday said his party would table no-confidence motion against the Congress-led government in Andhra Pradesh.
``The motion will be moved on problems faced by farmers and it would give notice for the no-confidence motion to Deputy Speaker N. Manohar,’’ he said
He said the main opposition party was ready for any situation including mid-term polls in the state.
``All sections of people, especially farmers, are facing problems. The government has miserably failed to procure paddy from farmers and ensure minimum support price to them,’’ he said.
Naidu's decision comes soon after YSR Congress party leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy dared the TDP to table the no-trust motion against the Congress government. The Kadapa MP had said he would support TDP if they table the motion against the government.
