Centre should raise atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh diplomatically: Sachin Pilot
Congress leader Sachin Pilot urged the Indian government to address the violence against Hindus in Bangladesh through diplomatic channels. He condemned the targeted attacks and emphasized the need for dialogue with Bangladesh. Pilot also criticiz...

Pilot was in his Assembly constituency Tonk, where he spent Wednesday night at the house of Ratan Bairwa, a a party worker, and had dinner with the family, calling the experience "unforgettable".
"Violence in any country is unfortunate. No one can accept when people are killed in a targeted manner. If Hindus are being attacked, the Indian government should raise the issue," he said.
"While we do not want to interfere in the internal matters of any other nation and vice-versa, talks should be held in a diplomatic manner if there is continued violence in a country that shares borders with us," Pilot said, adding that attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh should stop immediately.
Targeting the Bhajanlal Sharma government in Rajasthan, he said people are fed up with it in just one year.
"Multiple power centres have been formed, bureaucracy has become dominant, farmers are worried, while law and order has also deteriorated -- people are fed up with this government in just 12 months," Pilot said.
