NEW DELHI: With Bihar polls over, Government will tomorrow take a call on Parliament's Winter Session as it pitches for the passage of a host of reform legislations, including GST Bill.

Sources said that the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA) chaired by Home Minister Rajnath Singh will meet tomorrow in Parliament House to decide the date of Winter session, which usually begins in third week of December.

With the last session a virtual washout, the government is keen to take up important legislations passed in Parliament like GST bill, land bill, the real estate regulation and development bill and negotiable instruments arbitration bill.

The winter session will happen in the backdrop of BJP suffering a massive defeat in Bihar, which has further emboldened the Opposition. The session as such is expected to begin at a stormy note during which the Opposition is likely to corner the government on issues like retrun of awards by writers and filmmakers, Dadri beef lynching and related incidents.
