CBI special court frames charges against Darda in coal scam
The court rejected a plea to make former Jharkhand chief minister Shibu Soren and former coal minister Dasari Narayan Rao as additional accused in the case.

NEW DELHI: A CBI special court on Thursday framed charges against former Rajya Sabha member Vijay Darda of Congress in alleged irregularities in allocation of Fatehpur East coal block.
The court, however, rejected a plea to make former Jharkhand chief minister Shibu Soren and former coal minister Dasari Narayan Rao as additional accused in the case.
