"There should be an impartial inquiry," Trinamool leader Derek O'Brien said on Loya's death.

He said post-mortem and forensic examination should be conducted on his body to check if there was any foul play. According to a CBI official in Mumbai, Loya passed away early this morning in Nagpur after suffering a heart attack.
