CBI court summons Geetha Reddy, Jaganmohan Reddy in quid pro quo case

While Jagan is named as accused number one, his auditor V Vijay Sai Reddy is also listed as accused, along with Shyam Prasad Reddy, promoter of the Hyderabad-based group of companies called Indu Group, besides former minister Dharmana Prasada Rao and some senior IAS officers.
Geetha Reddy was named as the ninth accused in the chargesheet filed against LKH in connection with the case of alleged quid pro quo investments in companies owned by the Kadapa MP.
On September 17, the CBI had filed a chargesheet against Jagan and others related to the allotment 8,844 acres to LKH and investments thereof as quid-pro-quo to the tune of Rs 50 crore in Jagati Publications which is owned by Jagan.
The CBI has accused Jagan of amassing huge wealth through illegal means by misusing the office of his late father Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, when he was chief minister of Andhra Pradesh between 2004 and 2009.
