CBI chargesheet names ex minister in Saradha scam

KOLKATA: The CBI today named Sudipta Sen, Chairman of the now defunct Saradha Group; Manoranjana Sinh, ex-wife of former minister Matang Sinh and Bengal-based businessman Santanu Ghosh in their supplementary charge-sheet.

The charge-sheet was filed today.

According to a CBI spokesperson, the charge-sheet also names the respective companies of the accused that include M/s. GNN India & M/S Global Automobile.

Cases have been filed u/s 120-B r/w 420 & 409 of IPC and Sec 04 of PCMC Act.
