Caste politics is 'dangerous': K Karunanidhi

CHENNAI: In an apparent attack at PMK founder S Ramadoss, DMK chief K Karunanidhi today hit out at people pursing caste politics and demanded that action be taken against them.

"DMK's view and demand is that government should act against those who arouse caste sentiments", he told reporters when asked about the PMK leader's attempt to bring together groups belonging to intermediate castes against Dalits.

Terming Ramadoss efforts of caste politics as "dangerous", he said pursuing caste issues would be like entering the fire pit.
