The complaint was filed by one Rajesh Chandra Sharma of Muzaffarpur district in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Ved Prakash Singh.
Sharma said he filed the complaint application against Kejriwal as he felt very bad at the "humiliating" manner in which Prashant Bhusan, Yogendra Yadav, Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha were removed from AAP national executive committee on March 27.
The complaint has been filed against Kejriwal under sections 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), Sharma's counsel Sudhir Kumar Ojha said.
He said the matter would come up for hearing on April 4.
