Calcutta High Court rejects Rose Valley chairman Gautam Kundu's bail prayer

KOLKATA: The Calcutta High Court today rejected the bail prayer of Rose Valley Group chairman Gautam Kundu.

Justice RK Bag rejected the bail plea of Kundu who was arrested by Enforcement Directorate in connection with a case of money laundering.

His bail prayer was earlier rejected by a city court. Kundu was arrested on March 25 by ED in connection with its probe in the ponzi scam allegedly perpetrated by the consortium of Rose Valley Group of companies.
