MUMBAI: C Vidyasagar Rao will take the oath of office as Maharashtra Governor at 4 pm on August 30, an official release said.

Chief Justice of Bombay High Court Justice Mohit Shah will administer him the oath of office at a ceremony at Raj Bhavan here.

Following the resignation of K Sankaranarayanan as Maharashtra Governor on August 24, Om Prakash Kohli, Governor of Gujarat, was given the additional charge of Maharashtra.
