Book on Narendra Modi translated into Chinese, to hit market in China

A book on Modi's life and foreign policy written by BJP MP Tarun Vijay, has been translated into Chinese and will hit the market next month.

NEW DELHI: A book on Narendra Modi's life, economic vision and foreign policy written by BJP MP Tarun Vijay, has been translated into Chinese and will hit the market in that country early next month.

Vijay, a sinologist, said the book titled 'India's Modi -- Incredible Emergence of a Star'--has 13 chapters covering various facets of political journey of the BJP's Prime Ministerial nominee as well as his vision for the economy and foreign policy.

The book is being published under the auspices of South Asia Centre of Sichuan University in Chengdu. It was edited under the guidence of veteran Chinese scholars D Xioe and Jiawei. Vijay had received a fellowship from Sichuan university and was a member of India-China Eminent Persons Group.
