Bomb hoax on Sampark Kranti Express
The Hazrat Nizamuddin-Yashwantpur Sampark Kranti Express was on Saturday stopped at Obaidullaganj station near here following a bomb scare which later turned out to be a hoax, police said.

BHOPAL: The Hazrat Nizamuddin-Yashwantpur Sampark Kranti Express was on Saturday stopped at Obaidullaganj station near here following a bomb scare which later turned out to be a hoax, police said.
A bomb disposal squad and teams from Railway Protection Force and Government Railway Police searched the train for an hour at the station, about 25 km from here, but did not find any bomb, they said.
The Yashwantpur-bound train left for its onward journey at around 1950 hrs, police said.
The hoax call was made from a phone booth in Bhopal and police are further investigating the matter, they added.
