NEW DELHI:A caller with the name of Abhishek Singh has led to grounding of flights for the second consecutive day after he called the Delhi airport’s call centre today and warned of bombs in two flights out of the airport.

"On Thursday, at around 1004 hours a bomb threat call was received at DIAL call centre that flight RA 206 bound for Kathmandu at 1040 and AI 075 bound to Bhubaneswar at 1100 hrs," said sources in the know.

The flights were immediately taken to the isolation bay at 1105 hours and are being checked.

The caller named himself as Abhisek Singh and added that he is from the central Burau of Investigation (CBI).

Sources added that he is the same person 'who called yesterday about Bangkok flight but he has not been traced yet since 'he called from VOIP'. An Air India flight AI 332 from Delhi landed at Suvarnabhumi airport at the scheduled time of 7:13pm (8:43pm IST) and was asked by air traffic controllers to be parked at an area away from other planes.

Sources added that four members of parliament were travelling to Bhubaneshwar on AI 075. The MPs are Baishnav Parida, Kulmani Samay, Prabhas Kumar Singh and Ladu Kishore Swain.
