According to the complainant, the film has a scene in which Kumar stamps on a replica of `786', a number considered sacred by a particular community.

"Instead of directly sending process (issuing summons, etc.), it would be appropriate to send the matter for inquiry and report by concerned police station," magistrate R K Kshirsagar of Andheri court said in a recent order.
According to Avinash Kumar Dubey, the lawyer of the complainant Naseem Bano, the film has a scene in which Kumar stamps on a replica of `786', a number considered sacred by a particular community.
The complaint also names the producer and the director of the film.
The court asked the police to file a report by February 11.
