The blue corner notice against Ullah has been issued with the purpose of gathering additional information from Interpol member countries about his identity and his activities in the Mumbai terror attack plot. Hamza was named by surviving Mumbai terrorist Ajmal Kasab as one of the many handlers, apart from Abu Jindal and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, who motivated and trained the terrorists chosen for carrying out the attacks in Mumbai.
