Blast rocks Congress office in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A blast rocked the Congress party headquarters in Guwahati at 6.50pm on Monday. Casualties are feared, police said.

2 Congress party workers were injured in the blast, Times Now reported. Police have reached the blast site and have cordoned off the blast area.

The elections for the Assam state assembly are scheduled to take place on April 4 and April 11.
