BJP's Sushil Modi demands mandatory asset declaration by high court and Supreme Court judges
BJP Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi suggested amending the existing law or framing a new legislation to make it mandatory for high court and Supreme Court judges to declare their assets. Modi on Monday said that the practice should be done annually, like ministers and civil servants.
