BJP's Nirmal Singh has quit as the deputy chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir
"I have resigned as the deputy chief minister of the government. A fresh face from the BJP will be taking over," PTI quoted Singh as saying. Times Now reported that he will be replaced by state assembly speaker Kavinder Gupta.
