The party is likely to start street plays from January 12 in all fourteen districts and artistes will apprise voters about the works done by the Narendra Modi-led government through their performances.
In order to be more professional, the BJP is conducting auditions these days to rope in artistes for performing street plays.
"Most prabably, we will start performing street plays from January 12. At present, not everyone may have the time or means to watch televisions or surf the internet.
"Through street plays, we have set a target of reaching out to over 50 lakh voters," Gajendra Solanki, a renowned poet and in-charge of BJP's traditional campaign committee.
According to the party, 14 groups will be prepared to perform such plays in all fourteen districts of the city and such plays will continue till the elections.
Apart from nukkad nathak, party will also hold poetry recitation to woo voters.
"We will be doing positive campaigning for the party. We have also plans to campaign for the BJP through poetry recitation," Solanki said.
BJP is leaving no stone unturned to reach out to voters, aiming at return to power in the national capital after a gap of 16 years.
For Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally on January 10, BJP has started preparations to make it a success.
Party is also installing LED screens at the venue so that more people can watch PM Modi.
