BJP to raise Delhi gangrape case in Parliament
"This is a serious issue...it is happening frequently. We will raise the issue with full force in Parliament," Sushma Swaraj said.

"This is a serious issue...it is happening frequently. We will raise the issue with full force in Parliament," Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj said here.
Party chief spokesperson Ravishankar Prasad said the decision was taken at the Parliamentary Board meeting held this morning.
"Several of our members have moved notice to suspend Question Hour (in both Houses)...they were deeply agitated," he told reporters.
He said women MPs from NDA constituents will stage a dharna inside Parliament House complex tomorrow morning to flag the issue of "Delhi becoming a centre of atrocities on women...there is no palpable action by the police."
Prasad said BJP will also raise the "serious issue" of a Constitutional amendment bill in Lok Sabha today giving special status to Hyderabad-Karnataka region (in Karnataka). He, however, did not elaborate.
The Constitution (118th Amendment) Bill, 2012 seeks to insert a new Article - 371 J- in Constitution.
