BJP to hit the street to expose Congress; will target Rahul & Sonia Gandhi
BJP had forced the washout of the winter session of Parliament in 2010 on the 2G scam. This had greatly contributed to the perception that the UPA regime was corrupt.

Finance minister Arun Jaitley told reporters that a BJP minister and four party MPs will camp in each of the 44 Lok Sabha constituencies represented by the Congress and the nine seats held by the Left parties for a week. They will hold a series of protest demonstrations in the constituencies and ‘educate’ the masses about the loss due to the wash out of the session.
BJP had forced the washout of the winter session of Parliament in 2010 on the 2G scam. This had greatly contributed to the perception that the UPA regime was corrupt.
The party is determined that its government does not suffer a similar perception. The BJP has also gone back to its late 1990s tactics, when its leaders personally attacked Sonia Gandhi. Party leaders, however, said it was the Gandhi duo that had breached the code by personally attacking Sushma Swaraj. On August 14, BJP will field Union ministers and other leaders in various state capitals to hold press interactions, which will highlight Congress’ role in forcing the washout of the session.
