BJP suspends three Uttar Pradesh leaders for anti-party activities
BJP suspended three of its leaders here for indulging in anti-party activities during the ongoing UP Panchayat polls, the party's district chief said.

The action was taken yesterday after an enquiry was conducted in this connection by BJP Braj region President, Purushottam Khandelwal.
The suspended leaders worked against the party candidates in the panchayat elections and disobeyed the directions given to them by the party, Etah BJP president Pankaj Gupta said.
The three suspended leaders are, General Secretary of Etah nagar mandal, Awadhesh Gupta, District social welfare wing orgainzer, Ekesh lodhi and Munna Lal Rajput.
Appropriate action would be taken against anyone who works against the party, he said.
Panchayat elections in Uttar Pradesh are in the last leg and counting of votes is on November 1-2.
