According to the tour programme intimated to BJP state units, LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan will be visiting Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and Allahabad (UP).

NEW DELHI: The BJP has issued the tour programmes of not only the ministers belonging to the party, but also that of allies to ensure strict adherence to the Prime Minister’s appeal that members of his council visit various Lok Sabha constituencies before the Budget session.

Kailash Vijayvargiya, BJP general secretary in-charge of liaising with the BJP Parliamentary Party, in fact has not only written to the NDA ministers, but has also intimated the tentative list of Lok Sabha constituencies they should visit in January. They have been suggested to spend 30 hours in each Lok Sabha constituency to ensure they stay overnight, said sources.

According to the tour programme intimated to BJP state units, LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan will be visiting Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and Allahabad (UP).

TDP’s Gajapathi Raju has been suggested to visit Tiruchirapalli and Kozhikode. The other two Cabinet ministers from allies – Shiv Sena’a Anant Geete (Bhopal and Chhindwara) and Akali Dal’s Harsimrat Kaur Badal (Ganaganagar and Karnal) – too have been assigned to visit constituencies outside their home states. Junior HRD minister and RLSP chief Upendra Kushwaha, likewise, has been suggested to make it convenient to visit Chatra ( Jharkhand) and Chandauli (UP) while TDP’s YS Chowdary has been asked to visit Kolar (Karnataka) and Krishnagiri (TN Lok Sabha constituencies.

The BJP general secretary has also issued similar tour programmes for all other ministers from the BJP as well.

In order to achieve the desired objective to publicise BJP government’s works, Vijayvargiya has separately intimated BJP’s state units to help organise these minister’s programmes.
